I'm Jee Singh, an independent digital project manager, website designer and consultant operating under the name Jee Singh Studio.

Under UK GDPR, I process data on the following bases: contract, to fulfil a project or service you've requested; legal obligation, to keep business records and invoices; legitimate interest, to operate and improve my services; and consent, for any optional updates you choose to receive.

Your data is stored on password-protected devices and encrypted cloud systems, including my website host (Shopify) and the tools I use to run my business. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to prevent unauthorised access or loss.

I keep personal data only as long as necessary to meet legal or project requirements: project and billing records for up to 6 years; contact details while an active relationship exists; and analytics data anonymised after around 26 months. When data is no longer needed, I securely delete or anonymise it.

You have the right to access a copy of the data I hold about you, request correction or deletion of your data, limit or object to processing where applicable, and request data portability to another service. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@jeesinghstudio.com. I respond to all requests within 30 days.

Your data may be shared only with trusted third parties when necessary, such as payment processors and banking services, accountants or legal advisers for compliance, and specialist freelancers helping deliver a project under confidentiality. No data is ever shared for marketing purposes.

Some tools I use, such as email, scheduling and cloud storage, may store data outside the UK. Where that happens, I ensure appropriate GDPR-compliant safeguards are in place.
